Are you keeping an eye on your screen time? ⏰

With more time spent on our phones and devices, it's essential to be aware of how it affects our eyes. Digital eye strain, also known as computer vision syndrome, can cause a range of symptoms, including:

👓 Eye fatigue
👁️ Blurred vision
😩 Headaches
👀 Dry eyes
📱 Increased sensitivity to light

But don't worry - there are steps you can take to reduce digital eye strain:

🔍 Take regular breaks: Follow the 20-20-20 rule - every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
🚶‍♀️ Move around: Get up, stretch, and give your eyes a break from the screen.
💧 Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your eyes moist and comfortable.
🕶️ Use blue light filters: Consider using blue light-blocking glasses or software to reduce eye strain.
📱 Adjust your screen: Increase font sizes, adjust brightness, and position your screen at eye level to reduce glare and strain.
