Chen Taijiquan is a complete movement system for body and mind. By carefully studying body posture, structure & alignment, overtime we develop balance, calmness & power.
External shape and internal mechanics give rise to a frame. The Chinese word is Jia.
Like a house built from solid foundations ๐ .
The legs and waist (or centre/dantian) are the powerhouse. The rules are strict, the principles of practice are unchanging from beginner to Master level.
Progress is mostly incremental ๐ข and requires dedicated practice.
