What else can you use to add Manuka honey?
Another benefit of Manuka honey is its moisturising and soothing properties when applied directly to the skin. You can even mix it up into a face mask!
Of course, you can also use it in food as you would use regular honey. Manuka honey has a naturally richer flavour than runny honey, so a little goes a long way. Drizzle it over yoghurt, porridge, rice cakes, or anything else you want to give a sweet natural flavour.

Manuka Honey is the best store in your kitchen cupboard or pantry. That’s because it’s a coolish spot, out of direct sunlight. Store between 10-20°C/50-68°F is perfect – as this temperature will keep it stable in the jar and not let it get too runny. And keep the lid tightly closed after each time to use it.
