Hi writing buddies,
So many people tell me that they suffer in silence with anxiety. Anxiety in their daily lives. My first suggestion would be, grab your journal and release all your anxiety on paper.
It's so powerful when you can be truthful about how you are feeling. Rather than pushing it down in the depths of yourself, only for it to show up, over and over.
So if you are one of the silent fighters of anxiety, get your pen and paper and write about it. Get it out of your head and into the sky.
