𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬
I am so incredibly happy and excited to be launching our new Monday mid-morning meditation classes, beginning 9th March.
This offering feels special.
Whilst we still have the evening wind-down sessions — these are gentle, seated mid-morning sessions created to help you pause, reset and reconnect with yourself in the middle of everyday life.
Each class is fully guided and thoughtfully structured, introducing different meditation styles as we gently support you to discover what feels natural, accessible and supportive for your nervous system.
These sessions are 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐮𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐝-𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 to prioritise their wellbeing.
It’s a space to be guided, to soften the mind and to begin sensing the quiet stillness that already exists within you.
The benefits of meditation have been known and researched for years!!! Supporting stress reduction, emotional balance, mental clarity and overall wellbeing.
And now it feels like the right time to bring this practice more intentionally into our beautiful Sutherland Shire community.
