If your shoulders aren’t developing the way you expect,
it’s often because your side raise has turned into a full-body movement.
Most people:
swing the weight
use momentum
involve everything except the shoulder
So the deltoid never actually gets the work.
A simple fix:
Train one side at a time.
No momentum.
No compensation.
Everything else relaxed.
