我们很荣幸参加了由 Brightside Foundation 于2024年10月10日在 Cabra-Vale Diggers Club 主办的活动。本次活动旨在帮助我们的社区应对自闭症、心理健康挑战和老年护理需求。

在 Cumberland Care，我们有机会分享我们的计划管理服务Plan Management如何帮助个人应对 NDIS 的复杂性，并确保他们获得最优质的护理。能够与社区交流，并展示我们如何支持他们的旅程，真是太棒了。

我们还与一群优秀的演讲者一起参加，和他们一起讨论了如养老金、注意力缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）和心理健康等重要议题。

这是令人振奋的一天，感谢每一位现场来参加活动的朋友。我们很高兴能够继续我们的使命，为所有需要的人提供Plan Management和支持。

🌟 Một Ngày Tuyệt Vời Của Sự Học Hỏi Và Hỗ Trợ! 🌟

Chúng tôi rất vinh dự được tham gia sự kiện do Brightside Foundation tổ chức vào ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2024 tại Câu Lạc Bộ Cabra-Vale Diggers. Sự kiện đã mang lại những thông tin và tài nguyên hữu ích nhằm hỗ trợ cộng đồng của chúng ta đối mặt với các thách thức về tự kỷ, sức khỏe tâm thần và nhu cầu chăm sóc người cao niên.

Tại Cumberland Care, chúng tôi đã có cơ hội chia sẻ cách mà dịch vụ quản lý kế hoạch của chúng tôi giúp các cá nhân điều hướng sự phức tạp của NDIS và đảm bảo họ nhận được sự chăm sóc tốt nhất có thể. Thật tuyệt vời khi được kết nối với cộng đồng và nhấn mạnh cách chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ hành trình của họ.

Chúng tôi rất vinh dự khi có sự tham gia của các diễn giả xuất sắc, những người đã trình bày về các chủ đề quan trọng như Lương Hưu Tuổi Già, ADHD và sức khỏe tâm thần. Đây là một ngày đầy cảm hứng, với nhiều cuộc thảo luận quan trọng và sự tham gia của cộng đồng.

Cảm ơn tất cả những ai đã ghé qua và trò chuyện cùng chúng tôi. Chúng tôi rất phấn khởi tiếp tục sứ mệnh cung cấp sự chăm sóc và hỗ trợ đầy nhân ái cho tất cả những ai cần.

🌟 A Great Day of Learning and Support! 🌟

We were honoured to take part in the event hosted by Brightside Foundation on 10th October 2024 at Cabra-Vale Diggers Club. The event was filled with valuable insights and resources aimed at assisting our community dealing with autism, mental health challenges and aged care needs.

At Cumberland Care, we had the opportunity to share how our plan management services help individuals navigate the complexities of the NDIS and ensure they receive the best possible care. It was fantastic to connect with the community and highlight how we can support their journey.

We were joined by a fantastic line-up of speakers who addressed critical topics such as the Age Pension, ADHD and mental health. It was an inspiring day, full of important discussions and community engagement.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us. We are excited to continue our mission of providing compassionate care and support to all those who need it.

🌟 Grateful for an Amazing Day at the NDIS Forum! 🌟

Cumberland Care team had an incredible experience today at the NDIS Forum, hosted by Dai Le MP with special guest The Hon. Bill Shorten, Minister for NDIS. The event was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and a shared commitment to enhancing support for the NDIS community.

We were proud to be part of a forum that tackled important issues. It was inspiring to hear so many voices and ideas about how we can continue to improve services and access for everyone.

At our stall, we were excited to share how Cumberland Care is making a difference through our NDIS plan management and support services, helping individuals navigate the system with confidence and ease.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited us today. Your engagement and passion drive us to continue our mission of delivering the highest quality of care and support. Together, we are building a more inclusive and supportive future.
