My name is Jess, I am a mother of 4, a wife, a woman with a mission and a passion to get people moving and active. With a degree in human movement, certificates in personal training and over 10 years of experience. If you need extra help and motivation to reach your fitness goals, or need more flexible scheduling to fit into your busy lifestyle then one-on-one personal training is the perfect solu

tion for you! Small group sessions are 45 minutes of fun, social and challenging workouts to train whilst still receiving personalized attention. Fitness sessions include everything from Strength and Conditioning, Cardio and HIIT training. Yoga, Boxing and Pilates also features heavily in our workouts to ensure you stay injury free, move efficiently and get the most out of your workouts. No matter your fitness level, we can work together and start achieving your goals, in my home gym, the comfort of your home or the beautiful outdoors. All you have to do is be ready for a better life! It doesn't happen overnight, but you can take the first step today with me.
