The Indian community they work with are largely people who have been held back by the Caste System. Women and children often fall prey to domestic violence, harsh and exploitative work, child marriage, disease, and often struggle to even survive. Ayya Yeshe, with her locally trained staff, are striving to help them overcome discrimination, reclaim their human dignity, and help them realise their full potential.

It’s time to be defined by a vision of the future ..

We’re all standing at the threshold of a new era, it's time to be redefined by a vision of the future —not just by the past, but by the vision of the future we aspire to create - this, comes from many great conscious leaders.

Another extraordinary visionary, Dr. Vandana Shiva believes that patriarchy has been constructed to systematically make women appear inferior by devaluing their knowledge, labor, and contributions. This, in turn, has justified the exploitation and marginalization of women, similar to how nature has been exploited under the same system. She calls for a revaluation of women's roles and knowledge as a critical step towards both gender equality and environmental sustainability.

So here we are, embracing hope, embracing Women, embracing the future

From our recent Be Wild Supper Unyoked

Hello friends, thanks so much for coming to the talk and building beloved community. I think its really important that you keep meeting and talking and building solidarity with like minded people committed to growth, peace, compassion and justice.

Donations to our Indian charity are tax deductible and every donation goes straight to the work - the girls homes, our 4 study centres, women's job training and food programme.

I will be taking a pilgrimage to Bodhgaya, where the Buddha got enlightened in mid January for a week if anyone is interested, with the option to visit nagpur and see our work so get in touch with me if your keen.
