I recently had the opportunity to be a guest on the "ON The Right Track" podcast, discussing the topic of ๐Ÿง  "Balancing Mental Health with Being a Business Owner."

โฐ Whether you're an entrepreneur or not, the multitude of responsibilities we face often makes taking a pause feel more overwhelming than the stress itself.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ I know and you know, we all know how good exercise is for usโ€ฆ

๐Ÿง  But it still amazes me every time how much it can change your state of mind.

๐Ÿšต๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Yesterday afternoon at 4.40pm I felt overwhelmed and unmotivated, so I jumped on the bike for 20 mins and guess what (no surprise I know).

๐Ÿš€ After that stint I felt motivated, calm and excited and actually inspired to create this post.

๐Ÿฅณ Seriously if that was the only benefit of exercising I would still do it daily!!
