⁉️ Is a very common question I hear..

⁠🍫 Overeating and then feeling guilty afterwards is an eating pattern and a habit.

🙋‍♀️ Recognizing this eating pattern is the first step in identifying if your relationship with food is healthy or if it needs our attention. ⁠

🍫 Many of us have an unhealthy relationship with food and an “all” or “nothing” approach when it comes to eating.

🤯 You may think that there are only 'good' and 'bad' days when it comes to a healthy relationship with food.

🤔 Perhaps you ate a bit extra at a one of your meals or maybe you engaged in some comfort eating when you were feeling stressed.

⭆ So, you think what the hack, I’ve ruined it all now so I may as well eat whatever for the rest of the week.

❓ When asked “How would you have lived your life differently if you had a chance?” Nadine Stair, an 85-year-old woman, from Louisville, Kentucky, provided these poetic words as her response…

🙌 If I had my life to live over again,

✔️ I’d dare to make more mistakes next time.
✔️ I’d have more of them.
✔️ I’d relax.
✔️ I’d limber up.
✔️ I’d be sillier than I’ve been this trip.
✔️ I would take fewer things seriously.
✔️ I would take more chances

🔥 I would, perhaps, have more actual troubles but fewer imaginary ones. You see, I’m one of those people who was sensible and sane, hour after hour, day after day.

➽➽ Oh, I’ve had my moments.

✔️ I’d have more of them.
✔️ In fact, I’d try to have nothing else- just moments, one after another, instead of living so many years ahead of each day.

➽➽ I’ve been one of those persons who never goes anywhere without a thermometer, a hot water bottle, a raincoat, and a parachute.

🔥 If I could do it again, I would travel lighter than I have.

🙋‍♀️ If I had to live my life over,

✔️ I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall.
✔️ I would go to more dances,
✔️ I would ride more merry-go-rounds,
✔️ I would pick more daisies.

❓ What does emotional hunger feel like ❓

🤔 One of my new clients recently said: “I’m eating a whole packet of biscuits at night and I can’t stop – then I feel terrible. The thing is I’m not even hungry”

🍫 Comfort (Emotional) eaters are unable to differentiate hunger from the physiological state accompanying negative emotions.

🤷‍♀️ As a result, they respond by eating when experiencing negative emotions.

Our Story

I coach women to put down their fork and pick up their life. My specialty is helping 35+ women to end their struggles with excess weight, stress and self-belief, using their own strength & capability.

They are often stuck in fear and struggling with self-doubt.

I help them get to the root cause, so they can break through their mind blocks and unpack the emotional issues that are preventing them from losing weight.

I know how important this is. I was a life-long serial dieter and have personally used the weight loss coaching tools, I want to share with you to take control, lost over 50 kg and finally feel good about myself.
