📖 What You Should Know:

Resting isn't the same as recovering! Physical tiredness and mental tiredness are different things.

💡 Here's Why:

Mental tiredness comes from making lots of decisions and dealing with emotions.
Just passively resting (like scrolling on your phone or watching TV) doesn't really recharge you.
Your brain needs "active recovery" to feel refreshed.

✓ Do a creative activity you enjoy
