Keto Chocolate Gummies! 🍫 (Save this!)

This yummy Keto Chocolate Gummies recipe is great for gut healing, skin, and joint health and is a wonderful low-carb snack. It’s great for people following a keto or low-carb diet and also fantastic in kids’ lunchboxes as a healthy treat!

Ingredients

1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoons of organic grass-fed gelatin
25 drops of stevia (use 1 tablespoon of maple syrup if you don’t want low-carb)
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
1 tablespoon organic coconut cream

Method

In a small saucepan add the gelatin, water, stevia, cacao powder, and coconut cream. Gently heat the mixture while stirring or using a whisk until it has a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into molds and chill for 20 minutes. These store well in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Healthy Caramel Slice! (Save this!)

This Paleo Caramel Slice is dairy-free, gluten-free, high in protein and healthy fats, and contains no refined sugar. Even though it’s packed with nutrition, it still contains naturally occuring sugars, so save it for a special treat.

Ingredients

Base:
110g Medjool dates
220g organic almonds
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla bean powder

Caramel filling:
120g Tahini
130g maple syrup
45g coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Chocolate topping:
30g raw organic cacao powder
45g coconut nectar
80g coconut oil

Method:
Make the base by adding almonds, vanilla, and dates to the blender or Thermomix bowl mix 10 sec/speed 9 until the mixture sticks together when pressed.

Press firmly into a slice tin. Pop into the freezer.

To make the caramel filling, add all of the caramel ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 6.

Pour the caramel filling onto the almond base and place it back into the freezer to set.

Next, make the chocolate topping by adding coconut oil to the Thermomix 2 mins/40C/speed 2 or until it melts. Add the remaining ingredients and mix 30 sec/speed 4.

Pour the chocolate onto the caramel filling and then keep in the freezer until set.

This stores best in the freezer. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

Base:

Chocolate Protein Smoothie! 🍫🍌🥜🥤 (Save this)

I make this smoothie for my teenaged son almost every morning. The ingredients help to keep him energised and focused for the day. It's high in protein and a bonus that it tastes yummy too!

Ingredients

250ml of milk of your choice.
1.5 scoops of Young Living Pure Protein Complete Chocolate Deluxe
1 Banana Sliced
1 Tablespoon of Mayver's Peanut Butter
1 pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Method

Place all ingredient in the blender, starting with the milk first. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice. Enjoy! 🩷
