Hi, I’m Sally—Health Coach for busy, midlife women who are ready to feel better than they have in years!
I’m also a mum of 3 (twins + ADHD in the mix!) and dog mama to Pepe 🐶—so I get the juggle, the exhaustion, and the desire to finally put yourself back on your own priority list.
After navigating my own journey through perimenopause, burnout, and a major lifestyle reset, I now help women 40+ break free from the stress-weight-fatigue spiral and build habits that support real energy, improved hormonal balance, confidence, and longevity.
