PMS Brownies! Save this recipe ⬆️

Feeling hormonal? These PMS Brownies might be just what you need!

Ingredients

1 cup mashed sweet potato
2 organic pasture-raised eggs
1 cup ground almonds or almond flour
1/4 cup of ABC nut butter or other nut butter
1/2 cup of homemade cashew milk or other milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup raw organic cacao powder
12g maca powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
Paleo chocolate chips from either Pana or Loving Earth

Method

Preheat oven to 180C or 350F.
Line a brownie tin with baking paper.
Grind almonds in the Thermomix for 10 sec/speed 10.
Place all the ingredients, apart from the chocolate chips, in the Themomix or food processor. Blend until you get a smooth consistency. For the Thermomix use 1 min/speed 7. Add chocolate chips to Thermomix 5 sec/Reverse/speed 5.
Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Notes
The PMS Chocolate Brownies store well in the freezer, so you can always have a stash ready to go for when PMS kicks in. It’s a great idea to slow down at this time of the month and not push yourself too hard. Just relax and enjoy eating your brownies! ❤

Raise your standards, my love! You deserve the very best in life! ❤

Paleo Chocolate Cookies! (Save)

Ingredients
120g macadamia nuts
120g cashew nuts
30g sesame seeds
220g Medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder
Pinch Himalayan pink salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 170C.
Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 1min/speed 9, or until mixture is smooth and comes together easily.
Place teaspoon-sized balls onto a baking tray and press down with the back of a fork.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool on a baking tray until firm.

Ingredients

1 frozen organic spinach cube
1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
5g scoop spirulina powder
A handful of mint leaves
250ml coconut water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Enjoy!! ❤️
