Food safety in pregnancy - most of us know the usual food to avoid in pregnancy - alcohol, soft cheese, deli meats etc - but listeria (one of the many bacteria we are avoiding in pregnancy) is found in soil! So we need to make sure even our home grown vegetables are thoroughly washed before eating 🌸
