Meet our Principal and Founder of Health and High Performance Physio Elyse Potter! Elyse is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with extensive experience working in elite sport and private practice. Elyse offers a variety of services including:

- Manual therapy "hands on" physio (e.g. mobilisations, MET, soft tissue massage, dry needling)
- Women's Health:
- Antenatal/postnatal MSK assessment and management
- Exercise programs, progressive rehabilitation programs
- Post op rehabilitation
- Postural and biomechanical assessments
- Falls prevention/ Geriatric
