Katie first realised that Chiropractic was her future when as a teenager she was diagnosed with severe idiopathic scoliosis (curvature of the spine). The degree of curvature was so bad that her only option was surgery. Katie now lives with screws and a metal rod along part of her spine. This experience helped her realise the crucial role prevention can play in spinal care. She studied full time for 6 years at Macquarie University, gaining her Bachelor in Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic. Since qualifying, Katie has continued postgraduate studies including Applied Kinesiology, various pregnancy and paediatric seminars and has also completed certification for Sacro-Occipital Technique. Katie loves seeing families in practice and has particular interest in women’s and children’s health, as well as nutrition and preconception care.

Don’t put a cap on your abilities, wishes and dreams
You are the only one who can make them happen ✨
A long weekend is a good time to write these things down, to clarify them in your mind ✍️
Without goals and purpose, we’re on a mouse wheel of life. That’s not fulfilling for anyone.

Chiropractor & Kinesiologist

Katie has been in private practice on the Northern Beaches for over 12 years. Coming from a small town near Byron Bay, she’s never far away from the coast.

She attended her first chiropractic seminars throughout highschool, and her passion for the professional has grown from there. Over the years, Katie has studied kinesiology, total body modification, sacro-occipital technique, as well as many other chiropractic technique seminars and numerous nutrition subjects. Her aim is to complete dry needling in the near future, as an added therapy for her patients.
