Setelah banyak pertimbangan, dengan berat hati kami informasikan bahwa aplikasi Spokle akan dihentikan efektif dari tanggal 15 Maret 2024.

Sejak aplikasi Spokle versi yang pertama diperkenalkan di Indonesia 7 tahun lalu, Spokle telah mendukung banyak sekali keluarga dan para terapis wicara dalam mengakses dan menerapkan strategi komunikasi di rumah dan di dalam praktik klinis.Ada banyak pasang surut dalam perjalanan startup, dan meskipun kami telah berupaya sebaik mungkin, sayangnya kami tidak mampu terus mendukung aplikasi ini.

Apabila Anda telah membeli langganan (subscription) dari app store, Anda akan dapat mengakses konten di Aplikasi Spokle hingga 14 Maret 2024. Pastikan untuk membatalkan perpanjangan langganan Anda dari app store paling lambat tanggal 14 Februari 2024.

Anda dapat meminta pengembalian dana untuk periode langganan yang tidak digunakan melalui app store atau dengan menghubungi Spokle di support@spokle.com.au.

Ke depannya, Tim Spokle akan berfokus pada penyelenggaraan program pelatihan untuk tenaga profesional, perusahaan alat bantu pendengaran, praktik terapi wicara, dan sekolah inklusif yang mendukung anak-anak dengan kendala komunikasi.

Dear Spokle Customers, Friends, and Supporters

We have a bit of sad news to share…

After much consideration, we have come to a difficult decision to discontinue Spokle app from 15th March 2024.

Since the first beta version of Spokle app was introduced in Indonesia 7 years ago, Spokle has supported many, many families and speech therapists in accessing and implementing communication strategies at home and in clinical practice. There are many ups and downs in a startup journey, and despite our best efforts we are unable to continue supporting the app.

If you have purchased a subscription from the app store, you will be able to access contents in Spokle App until 14th March 2024. Please ensure to cancel your subscription renewal from the app store by 14th February 2024 at the latest.

You can request a refund for any unused subscription through the app store or by contacting Spokle at support@spokle.com.au.

Moving forward the Spokle team will be focusing efforts on delivering corporate training programs for hearing centres, speech therapy practices and schools that support children with communication challenges.

We thank you sincerely for your support over the years and hope that we will have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Did you know there are different types of hearing loss? What causes them and what hearing tests do you need to do?

Last week was a busy week for our co-founders Andrew Kendrick and Gia Kuek - scientifically speaking😊 ! Our therapist duo presented at the Cochlear Connect 2022 virtual conference on 26th May, alongside a fantastic line up of speakers from Australia and Southeast Asia region, including audiologists, ENT specialists and speech therapists.

Congratulations Cochlear Southeast Asia for a successful scientific event! Thank you for having us and we look forward to more exciting collaboration in the future 🤝

Many children with autism struggle with the pronouns "I" and "You". Here is a quick tip on how to help them.

When your child is hungry or asking for food, instead of saying “You are hungry!” say “I am hungry!” This way, It'll be the correct phrase when they copy what you say. You can apply this to other things as well, such as when they ask for a ball, you can say "I want a ball" and let them copy you.

When you refer to yourself, avoid using the pronoun "I", like “I am going to drive to the supermarket". Instead, you can say “Mummy is going to drive to the supermarket.” When you use your name to refer to yourself, there is less confusion of pronouns for your child.

When your child understands that “I” refers to himself/herself, then you can introduce the pronoun “you”.
