We are a dentist-owned small dental corporate in Sydney, currently runs over 14 dental clinic locations. We are hiring for our independent dental lab within our company.

The ideal candidate should be able to work unsupervised on:

- Be familiar with digital design workflow for various types of fixed prosthesis including crowns, conventional bridges, maryland bridges etc.

- Be familiar with one or multiple CAD software such as exocad, 3shape, cerec inlab

- Be familiar with the CAM process including mill operation and setup

- Knowledge in common dental materials used in fabrication of fixed prosthesis

- Basic understanding of ceramics, including layering, glazing and processing, a bonus but not essential

- Implant CADCAM experience a bonus but not essential

You will work closely with our senior dentists and principal dentists who does extensive restorative work. You will be guided and improved clinically under the close collaboration working environment. This position is ideal for an artist who strives for excellent result and quality work.

- Plaster bench, models pouring and articulating

- Acrylic repair, bite rims and custom trays fabricating, dentures teeth set up, wax up and processing, finishing, and polishing,

- Mouth guard, retainer and bleaching tray fabricating

- CAD scanning experience preferred

- Crown and bridge or ortho experience is a plus

Last week, we held a meeting with Invisalign directors from Sydney department and Asia head office. We shared our core concepts of providing professional treatment to our patients and bring our staff to a higher step of their career. We made a deal of buying Invisalign 3D Scanner iTero to our CBD branch aiming to develop a more efficient connection with Invisalign.
