You’ll be caring for our valued participant who is living with dementia and has a physical disability. General tasks will include community access, social support, transportation and taking our participant to a fun and exciting art class! 🎨

MEET THE TEAM: Jessica Welch, Head of Auditing and Clinical Nursing. 👋

Jessica has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. She is a Registered Nurse with experience in acute care, remote nursing, aged care and NDIS. 👩‍⚕️

She has worked in aged care management for 10 years as a Facility Manager and has experience in managing remote, regional and metro aged care facilities.

Jessica possesses a strong commitment to the disabled and the elderly, with a commitment to ensuring the quality of care that PHM Health’s recipients receive is of the highest standards.

A passionate learner, Jessica has completed a Master of Applied Gerontology and Master of Business Administration. She is also currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
