Before moving to Sydney I taught  , hot, power and   all over London from 2011 plus ran a few gorgeous   across Europe and in Marrakech. In the year before we left I taught post natal with my very own   Annabel. 
  with   are  ! πͺπͺπͺ So our Yoga class will focus on how strong we are. There will be a few flows, with variations suitable for all, mixed with poses to restore busy Mamma   &  . All this while my babies and yours will be safely in the crΓ¨che with Jackβs wonderful nannies. 
Like all   we will go at your pace and can focus on anything (yoga related!) you would like to. For this first week we will be focusing on the mullha bandha / root lock / pelvic floor and how you can add lifting it into every pose throughout class without it being all by itself at the start or end. This should leave us all   and ready to greet our babies in the crèche afterwards with   and  !
