                                            During October, come and try a class before our next course starts.
We offer a Slow and Gentle practice on Tuesdays at 10.00am for those who prefer a slower pace or who find everyday movements challenging. 
This class is also suitable for people new to yoga. The focus is on posture and improving stability, balance and strength, which cultivates steady breathing and improved circulation. The class concludes with relaxation.
