❤️ HEART FULL:

Please don’t wait until you are desperate guys, maintenance and prevention treatments are miles better when they actually occur.

If in doubt, please call us, Dan or Sue will help you.

This last 3 months, we have had too many existing (or new) patients returning to us because they are now “desperate”.

This is happening far too often. Despite what you see on social media, or your PT says….. the vibration gun is not therapeutic enough to handle your sciatica, facet joint stiffness or your relapsing postural distortion that loads your old injuries.

Whilst we can help you and quickly….. AND it’s been prompt in the past, you are sometimes asking too much of us to help you in one or 2 adjustments.

The more advanced the injury, the longer healing takes.

If you own some vertebrae or discs or any combination of these, chances are you’ve tried a massage, stretching, exercise, rest, pharmaceuticals or something else to relieve pressure, pain or ache on one of the local structures or functional segments (which we call the spine).

There is no knock any of the before mentioned or other interventions you might hear about….. but, Chiros probably do it faster with greater precision and with less overall burden of time and finances.

What does a regular chiropractic patient look like through the eyes of Sue Tyfield (Chiropractor)?

Hmmmmm…. 🤔

Being a very well managed chiropractic patient with a history of various musculoskeletal issues;

- neck pain derived from joint and/or disc
- muscle tensions or pains at various locations attributed to stress, posture or repetitive use that isn’t responding to simple strategies like stretching or foam rolling
- failed “rehab” plans from a practitioner that doesn’t treat you
- sciatica or other radicular pain that relapses
Etc etc….

These are a few examples off the top of my head!

Is there a new approach worth considering (maybe/most probably not) or do you stick to what works and apply it minimally for maximum therapeutic benefit?

Some people just need a management plan…. 🪴
