I feel like I've been playing catch-up on the year since the moment it started, and that the ground beneath my feet is moving faster than I can keep up with.

My natural tendency in moments like these is to get grippy and try to control what's going on. (Yep, like most of us, my control-freak tendencies tend to show up in times of uncertainty 😜).

Even after all these years, every time we take our Baggage Buster flower essence drops or use the mist around our homes, my Tribe co-founder Scottie and I are still happily surprised at how effective it is at helping you to clear out stuff that you don't need to carry any more.

Here's how it typically unfolds for us 👉 We'll say to ourselves, "I'm fed up with X, Y and Z - I think it's time to take some Baggage Buster again so I can let it go".
