One thing that surprised me after today’s TM Reset Studio
was how many people mentioned the same thing:
“A sense of ease and non-judgement.”
Many TM practitioners don’t stop meditating because they’ve forgotten how.
They stop because practice starts to feel like something to “get right.”
The nervous system doesn’t respond well to that.
Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more effort -
just the right space to return gently.
