Following on from our exciting announcement about our new Slow Flow class, you might be wondering—what exactly is Slow Flow? 🤔✨
Slow Flow is a gentle, fluid style of yoga that blends breath with movement at a relaxed, mindful pace. 
Unlike faster Vinyasa classes, Slow Flow gives you time to truly feel into each pose, helping you build strength, flexibility, and stability while staying present in your body.
This practice is perfect for all levels, including those recovering from injury or navigating pregnancy, as it allows for modifications and a more intuitive approach to movement. 
It’s also a beautiful way to calm the nervous system—an antidote to the fast pace of modern life. 🌸
