Hallo and Happy New Year to you. 2025, the year to be alive, has begun with stunning blue skies and bright sunshine, catchups and meals shared with family and friends, ocean swims in unchartered waters and beautiful bushwalks, new recipe inspiration and lots of cooking and of course eating!
I am kicking off the working year with a free public cooking demonstration on Loving Leftovers, the third in the series for The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability, an extraordinary North Sydney Council environmental, sustainability and community initiative.
