…and still realising WE ARE ALL navigating something. 🫂
Pressure.
Uncertainty.
Self-doubt.
Expansion.
We don’t always talk about it openly, but it’s there.
And what I’m seeing more and more is this:
the strongest, most capable people are often the ones carrying the most, quietly.

My friends say I’m quirky.
I see myself as someone who can laugh at herself.
I love making faces.
Laughing loud.
Laughing with others.
Being im-perfect… (or maybe I’m perfect?? 😄)
And yet…
for a while, I fought that part of me.
I hid it.
(Not all the time though…)
I felt ashamed of it at times.
I edited myself.
Some said,
“You are too much.”
Others said,
“You are not enough.”
And for a while… I believed both.
So I dimmed my light.
But life has a way of bringing us back ✨
Through unexpected paths,
and little by little…
I found my way back to myself.
So here I am.
Sharing this with you
in case you’ve ever felt the same.
Because you and I… we’re not that different.
Human beings,
learning how to live, every day 💖.
There are no mistakes.
You are not here by chance!
If you’ve been dimming parts of yourself, you’re not alone.
This is the work we do… coming back to who you really are.

Some of the most capable people I work with reach moments where they feel completely overwhelmed.
Not because they’re weak.
But because they’re standing at the edge of their next level of growth.
And that edge can feel terrifying.
Your mind says:
“I can’t do this.”
But often what’s actually happening is:
“I haven’t done this version of me yet.”
Growth doesn’t always arrive as inspiration.
Sometimes it arrives as pressure. ❤️
Taking a deep breath is not the fastest way to calm down
I know… that’s what we’ve all been told.
“Just take a deep breath.”
And I get it. It sounds simple.
But when a deep breath means a fast, forceful inhale, especially through the mouth, it can actually stimulate your stress response even more.
That’s why people end up needing to take “deep breaths” every few minutes, and why so many become habitual shallow or anxious breathers without realising it.
I honestly haven’t seen consistent, lasting calm come from that approach alone.
So what actually works?
A light, soft inhalation through the nose.
Followed by a longer, slow, controlled exhale.
Even one extended exhalation can slow your heart rate, settle your nervous system, and bring a sense of centredness and focus in the moment.
So let me ask you:

Then, using my expertise and intuition along with my claircognizant, clairsentient and clairvoyant skills, I chose what type of energy work you need. I use crystals, sound and hands on healing in different ways throughout your session, always listening to what your whole being is asking for, at that particular moment in your life.
This energetic work will support you in letting go of stagnant energy, release blockages and stress, heal your emotions and most importantly, create a bridge of connection back to yourself. It is up to you though, to keep it up, and to continue your inner work after the session/s.
