I love this so much. 🙏🏻♥️ our ancestors walk with us in spirit.

I love this! When I lost my Dad suddenly & then my Mum unexpectedly 2 years later.... what kept me going & being ok is my belief that we are a soul & return to source. Knowing I hadn't lost them forever, but rather they are still with me everyday. And while I can't see them (my boys have!) & WISH so badly I could sit & have a cuppa with them, tell them EVERYTHING. My heart is filled knowing they are around & I'll be reunited with them one day 🙏❤❤😇

I believe that we all have the ability to heal. As a healer my job is not to heal you but to hold Sacred Space and offer you processes that have helped me to peel back the layers of pain and trauma and bring those (perceived) broken and fragmented parts of my soul back into the light and love them unconditionally, then reintegrate them into this current physical experience my soul is having.
It has not always been an easy path to walk but one I am so grateful I chose to walk. 🙏🏻♥️✨
