I love this part of being an author, the national book was always so exciting.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have a lot of fun travelling with my publicist Jade, and most of all I get to meet so many of you.

Next week, I’ll be in Queensland, Brisbane on Wednesday and the Gold Coast on Thursday.

In my opinion, you only should jump on the scales once a week. Mid week is best. ☺️

There are lots of reasons why jump jumping on the scales every day is not necessary and you can get a better idea of your way just by looking at a weekly average.

Daily weight fluctuations can also be frustrating for many who are on a weight loss journey.
