Where should you place your hands during CPR on an adult? 🫀

👉 Place the heel of your hand in the center of the chest (on the lower half of the sternum).
👉 Put your other hand on top, interlock your fingers.
👉 Keep arms straight, shoulders above your hands, and push hard & fast (100–120 compressions per minute).

This Sunday I will be taking on another bloody long walk. 35kms from Palm beach to Manly. It’s for a good cause, to stand up and support people affected by mitochondrial disease.
It will be wet, cold and hard but not as hard as those with mitochondrial disease. If you see a couple of very wet drowned rats walking give us a toot In Support.
