Uncoil Pilates Pilates and Health Solutions Pilates - is a low impact exercise method designed to strengthen, stretch and balance your whole body.

Pilates teaches you to have a connection with your body. With regular sessions expect to feel a sense of uncoiling and freedom from tightness or pain, improvement in your posture and be strong from the inside to out, resulting in better core strength and body alignment. The intergration of both Pilates equipment and mat exercises are used to create the best outcome. Equipment such as blocks, resistance bands weights, fit balls and foam rollers may also be utilised to further enhance strength and balance. Yogalates is suitable for all ages and is a very safe and accessible method making it ideal for sufferers of back pain, arthritis, and osteoporosis and is particularly beneficial for post natal women. As an exercise modality it is excellent for developing general tone and fitness, while also encouraging a connection with self to soothe the nervous system, release stress, aid relaxation and instil inner calm and overall wellbeing.

Hi All ,

I wanted to let you know that the decision to close the Uncoil Pilates Studio has now been made. Last sessions will be on Friday, 26th May.

After 29 years of teaching exercise across three different businesses, I’ve decided to have a change of direction.

I consider myself very privileged to have delivered thousands of hours of exercise and health mentoring sessions to many, many people aka “clients” and of course to those who I call my friends .

The laughter, love, tears and swearing have kept me going for all these years.

Thank you to all the allied health professionals, teachers ,mentors and business associates who have also provided great support and partnerships.

As I transition into my next professional chapter, I wish you all the very best .
