First collaboration group with Eriko, an art therapist from .A.D Therapy!

Art therapy encourages free self-expression through painting, drawing or craftwork to foster overall well-being. Child Sense and M.A.D have developed an integrative approach from both the OT and art therapy lens to facilitate this day program. It aims to develop children’s interoceptive awareness with body-mapping and the use of different creative art mediums. Also targeting social collaboration skills with group artworks.

No prior art experiences are needed! Join us this holiday to unleash your creativity!

Mongolian dance is a vibrant, rhythmic and energising dance style that could promote focus and concentration. This makes so much sense to be used in classroom to promote engagement and learning.

By nurturing intrinsic motivation to learn, move and grow we promote a fulfilling experience that does not rely on external validation. In doing so, we nurture the internal resources that foster self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being. While external validation can be gratifying, it is even more empowering and long lasting if we don't need to rely on it.

The use of rewards in the classroom has been a topic of debate for decades. While some argue they can be effective in promoting positive behavior and academic achievement, others believe they can be detrimental to a student's intrinsic motivation and overall well-being.
