Happy New Year🤍

Out of the holiday bubble and back on socials.

A huge thank you to every family who trusted me to support their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey in 2025. It’s an absolute honour to be part of such powerful, beautiful moments.

Looking forward to more of this in 2026. I’m so excited to support even more families in the year ahead.✨

Merry Christmas to all the families I’ve supported and connected with this year 🤍
It’s a privilege to walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Wishing you a peaceful, love-filled Christmas 🎄✨

Looking forward to a busy month ahead with all the families in our upcoming prenatal sessions! Each conversation is an opportunity to build confidence, connection, and calm as we prepare for the best possible birth for mum and bub.

If you’re thinking about doula support, you can reach out at any stage of your pregnancy. I’ve connected with mums as early as 6 weeks and as late as 36 weeks — the right time is simply when it feels right for you. 💗

I became a doula because birth changes everything — and no one should walk that path alone. Supporting families as they step into parenthood is the greatest honour.

I see so many posts from women asking, “Am I allowed to refuse this?”

Here’s the truth: if you don’t know your options, you don’t really have any.

It’s not about saying “no” to everything.
It’s not about saying “yes” to everything.
It’s about understanding what’s on the table, weighing up the risks and benefits, and making the decision that feels right for you.

As your doula, I’m here to help you explore your options so birth isn’t something that just happens to you, but something you are an active part of. 💛

Women hold so much power. And power looks different for all.

A powerful birth changes not just her story, but the story of every daughter and granddaughter after her. She is the ripple that transforms generations.

Forever in awe and always so grateful to be in this space.

To all the mamas -

The ones birthing, healing, bonding, grieving, loving, learning, and growing - today is for you.

As a doula, I’ve witnessed the fierce strength and tender softness of motherhood in all its forms. It’s not always easy, but it’s always powerful.

You are seen. You are honoured. You are deeply loved.

To my mama - the one who started it all. I love you.

Happy Mother’s Day.
- with love,

Affirmations can be a powerful tool to help you stay centred, calm and confident. In those moments during labour where you might be feeling overwhelmed, affirmations can pull you back into focus and strength. These are some of my favourite ones. What affirmations helped you during your labour? Share in the comments below!

It was time for a refresh and an update!

It’s my hope that these updated packages can offer support in the many different ways that different women and their families may need.

Birth and postpartum are deeply individual experiences. Just as no two babies are the same, no two labours or postpartum periods are the same. I acknowledge this and flexibility is key.

Reflecting on a week of prenatal sessions, connection calls and a postpartum visit of a dear friend.

The biggest thing for me as your doula is to make sure that you feel safe, supported and strong throughout your labour and birth of your baby. This is ultimately what will make you walk away with a positive experience, one that leads into parenthood. It’s so important to protect the birth space and make sure that these feelings are maintained, no matter what happens. There’s no better feeling than entering motherhood feeling like an absolute boss 💗
