Balance isn’t always easy, but it starts with a simple stone.

Today in yoga, the school students practiced mindfulness by stacking stones. It might look simple but it teaches so much - patience, focus, steady breathing and staying in the present moment.

Sometimes the stones fall, and that’s a part of the practice. We pause, we breathe, we try again.

A beautiful reminder that balance takes time both on and off the mat. ✨
