Over the last 12 weeks, our school students explored yoga, mindfulness practices including breath work, crystal meditation, sound therapy using tuning forks, mindfulness stacking stones, mantras and candlelight meditation.
Each activity was designed to help the students slow down, regulate emotions, improve focus & concentration & feel more connected to themselves. ☺️
In a world where teenagers are constantly over stimulated, giving them practical tools for mindfulness and emotional wellbeing is so valuable.🌟
Yoga & mindfulness programs at schools can have such a positive impact on students wellbeing, stress management and emotional resilience.
Creating space for students to pause, breathe and reset is something that benefits not only the individual but the entire classroom environment. ☮️
