A golden afternoon sunlight poured gently through the tall windows, bathing the room in warmth and calm. The air felt soft — peaceful — filled with the slow rhythm of Tibetan bowls resonating across still bodies. My friends lay in quiet surrender, wrapped in serenity, their faces softened by trust.

We shared stillness, silence, and presence - a kind of connection words can’t fully describe. To help them receive love and healing makes my life feel deeply meaningful. This is what I was born to do. This is my calling.

✨ Today I held a very special 1,5 hour sound healing session. ✨

When I asked my guest what they were going through in life, they told me they are grieving the loss of both parents within a year. I tried not to get emotional, because I am here to hold calm for them. I invited them to lie down, and we began with gentle breath and a guided meditation.

“This session is about you. This space is created for you. If emotions rise, if you need to cry, it is absolutely okay. Allow the sound and vibration to wash through your body and soul… dissolving the weight, opening space for love, and guiding you gently toward peace...”

Sound is more than what we hear — it is what we feel. It moves through every cell, reaching where words cannot. 🌌

We don’t operate as a standard yoga studio - instead, we open our doors to facilitators, teachers, and healers from across the country to share their gifts, trainings, and offerings. Nestled in NSW’s oldest fire station, our heritage-listed sanctuary is surrounded by lush greenery, filled with natural sunlight, and located in the heart of Sydney’s Inner West.
