Just a little update from me to introduce Nora Daisy, born on 10/03/2022 💚 will be taking a break from baby massage (except for Nora of course 😁) but hoping to put on some classes in a few months time once we’ve settled into this new life 🥰⁣

January 12th, 19th, 26th, February 2nd 11am, Cronulla! Come and join me, a Certified Infant Massage instructor and learn how to give your baby a full body massage! Baby massage is amazing for bonding with your bub, and has a huge number of health benefits too! 👶🏼 ⁣

Hello! 👋🏻 I have been very much MIA the last few months but with good reason! 🤰🏼 What with the lockdown, work and finding out I’m expecting my own little bub, life just got a bit hectic! I’m super keen to get back to teaching some massage classes, starting with a taster session next Tuesday 23rd! Super proud of the reviews I’ve received from my recent Zoom baby massage class! 🥰 I’ll be honest, this lockdown has got my motivation in a bit of a slump (hence why I’ve been very absent on IG!), but comments like this make me so happy and inspire me to keep going! So should I do another Zoom course in October?? ⁣

Massage for the tummy 👶🏼 did you know baby massage can help with wind, constipation and colic? During the course we learn a specific sequence to help relieve your baby of a sore tummy. I’ll be covering this later in week 3 of our Zoom course 🥰 ⁣
