Spring has sprung! 🌼
So here’s some well-being motivation for spring:
My favourite time of the year is here finally and I feel like it’s come at a much needed time too 🍃
At the outset of the year the focus was to “embrace change” … yet some of the changes in life that I’ve gone through recently hit me harder than I expected and as much as I tried to embrace them I won’t deny they didn’t come with their challenges.
But it’s time to go back to what was set out for the year - to embrace the change!
I’m feeling like myself again and ready for what the rest of the year brings! 💪🏽
So whether you’ve been having your fair share of challenges this year or changes you weren’t expecting, I encourage you to try shift your mindset and embrace the new.
When things are out of our comfort zone it can feel exactly that - uncomfortable, yet this is where the best growth happens and we become better, stronger and more resilient people for it. 🤎
So for SPRING let’s become more present with what we do, remember that gratitude is everything, get outdoors more, be thankful for the small positive things in life and create goals you want to achieve whether it’s a healthier well-being, closer relationships with family & friends, discovering/connecting with your core values, sticking to a skincare routine or giving time to yourself to rest.
I truly believe if we fix who we are and how we feel on the inside we shine and blossom on the outside. Grow just like the nature around us has begun doing ☀️🌱 🌻
