RACE EVENT TO BE POSTPONED!!
Great news we have had an offer from the race club to move the event to a warmer month. The exact date to be confirmed very soon but the new date will be in November. So exciting as we will be in the vide of the spring carnival.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
We became passionate about helping the SIDS research team after a near miss SIDS event with our son Ryan. After being rushed to the Children’s hospital for treatment, the doctors never knew why he had the event, and nor could they tell us if it would occur again. Ryan visited the hospital for fortnightly visits for six months and continues to be monitored by the SIDS and sleep apnoea team to this day. We walked out of the children’s hospital all those years ago and knew we had to do something to help. We have since met a lot of families that have lost their beautiful babies and have seen their complete devastation the loss of a baby can cause. This is pain I can't even imagine!
The SIDS research team has made some amazing breakthroughs but needs much more funding to continue their important work.
We would really appreciate your support with this new event on the SIDS Stampede calendar.
The SIDS Stampede is back up and running, but in a totally different stye of running event. The SIDS Stampede will now be coming back as an event held at Hawkesbury Race Club. The day will be held in the Ted McCabe function room giving the sponsors and guest the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of the race day from the beautifully appointed trackside room.

Gold Sponsorship (one available $7700) inclusions are
*Ownership to the naming rights of race 8, this is the race with the most viewers being the last race of the Quaddie.
Race 8 will be known as the E.g. (your company name) - SIDS Stampede.
*Hospitality for 10 guests in the Ted McCabe Function Room, watching each race from the front lawn on the home straight.
*Admission to the racecourse
*Reserved seating
*Premium 4 course sit down lunch
*Premium 5-hour beverage package
*Advertising on the front cover of the race book on course and electric race book with over 10000 digital views across multiple platforms.

*Ownership to the naming rights of 1 race (race 1-7)
*Hospitality for 10 guests in the Ted McCabe Function Room overlooking each race from the front lawn and home straight.

*Premium 4 course sit down lunch
*Premium 5-hour beverage package
*Advertising will feature beside your selected race, in the race book on course and electric race book with over 10000 digital views across multiple platforms.

Tables for the Hawkesbury Races Fundraising Function are on sale and selling fast.

So the bad news is we aren't at fun run level yet but maybe next year but the good news is that we are going to get a SIDS fundraising event off the ground this year.
We are going to be part of the Hawkesbury horse racing day. It will be a fully catered function with 4 course meal and beverage package on race day. These tickets will be on sale in a week.
We also have some really amazing sponsorship packages available.

Its with such sadness that we announce that the SIDS Stampede will not be happening anymore, unfortunately due to some ongoing event problems and personal reason. We have loved every moment of the 6 events held and we will miss the SIDS families, runners and volunteers very much. Thank you for the support.

The sad reality is that these mothers and fathers not only have their babies pass from SIDS, they also get treated like they have murdered their babies until the autopsy results are back. The police are only doing their jobs but if we stop SIDS deaths, everything changes.
