Six years ago, we were lucky to cross paths with Ryan Soave in Marina Del Rey in California.

He was gruff, No BS, funnier than Chris Rock and his approach to life and wellness was a revelation to us.

Ryan's approach was teaching people how to feel bad.

Discomfort is unavoidable in life.

Learning how to feel bad - without it overwhelming you - is the key to living a life of joy and meaning.

His tools help men and women lean into hard moments to create clarity and peace. Rather than letting them control you.

It's about stopping those automatic patterns that lead to us lashing out at those we love, reaching for more Doritos or alcohol, and procrastinating with the important things we ought to be doing in life.

Ryan quickly became a close and dear friend. And joined our team as a collaborator in 2020.

In many ways, he's our secret herbs and spices. If you've been to one of our retreats, camps or workshops - you've experienced Ryan's work.

Today, we are lucky to be able to share Ryan with the universe.
