I’ve seen just how transformative the right continence care can be — not just for individuals, but for their families and support networks too.

If you're a Support Coordinator, Case Manager, or NDIS Provider, I’d love to collaborate with you to deliver NDIS-aligned continence assessments and care planning for your participants.

Here’s what we offer:
✔️ Specialist Continence Assessments (NDIS-compliant)
✔️ Face-to-face services across Greater Sydney
✔️ Telehealth consultations for Regional NSW
✔️ No travel fee within 20km of Schofields (2762) or Bankstown (2200)
✔️ Just $1/km beyond that radius
✔️ All services billed at $163.91/hr (NDIS rate- Weekday)
✔️ Minimum engagement of 7 hours, incl. a 1.5-hr comprehensive assessment

📅 September Mid-Month Update

✨ On September 3, 2024, we had an outstanding experience at Able Meet at Randwick Golf Club, hosted by able.plus. The Speed Networking format provided a dynamic platform for connecting with people with disabilities, support coordinators, parents, carers, teachers, and LACs. It was a highly engaging event where everyone had the opportunity to interact and build valuable connections

🍽️ On September 5, 2024, our continence nurse specialist, Charrisse, had a fantastic day at the Food, Culinary Skills, and Employment Pathways event by Scope Disability Service in Kingsgrove, with brilliant presentations from Stu (Plan Manage Assist), Karlie (Scope), Grace (Grams of Health), and Penioni (Able Minds), it was an inspiring and engaging experience. Networking in such a vibrant, food-themed environment was a real highlight!

🎁 On September 12, 2024, Continence Nurse Specialist Charrisse met with Taylored Support Coordination to collect our prize gift card from the recent expo! It was a fantastic chance to connect with Taylored Support Coordination and Cassandra Hamilton from Surgical House.
The day was packed with great conversations and new connections—truly a rewarding experience! 🌟
