FAJITA SHEET PAN CRUNCH WRAP 🤩🙌 Curb your cravings with this one 👇
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 burrito size wraps
- 1kg chicken mince
- 1 sachet Mingle Fajita Recipe Base
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 250ml sour cream
Method:
1. Assemble 7 wraps around the edges of a large baking tray, and another in the middle.
2. Cook chicken mince over medium heat until browned, then mix in the fajita recipe base.
3. Evenly spread the chicken in the centre of the wraps. Top with a layer of spinach, tomatoes and dollops of sour cream.
4. Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the 8th wrap and place it sour cream side down in the middle. Fold over the other wraps to cover the filling.
5. Use another baking dish to keep the wraps in place and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes. Remove the top baking dish and cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven & serve.
