We learn through story and live as story until our story lives through us as service to others.
Initiated through her musical and creative quests, Sar spent 8 years of her early adulthood based in London, walking to the beat of her own drum and fulfilling her dreams of touring the world in a Rock & Roll band.
In 2010 at the age of 28, Sar, always the seeker, followed her hearts calling to return home to Sydney to begin a deeper journey of self discovery.
Sar's voice became a medicine that guided her path toward a greater and more fulfilling purpose – sharing the healing power of massage, yoga, creativity and embodied feminine wisdom.
Sar has spent the past decade developing and deepening her skills by learning from the world’s best in the ways of bodywork and healing the wild feminine.
She has completed extensive work and training with her teacher and mentor Jane Hardwicke Collings, is a graduate of and apprentice with The School of Shamanic Womancraft and is also the first Australian Yoga Teacher to be certified and trained by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli – to guide women in the practices of Womb Yoga and Well Woman Yoga Therapy.
Sar has completed Levels 1 and 2 of Holistic Pelvic Care with Tami Kent and Fertility Massage Therapy with Clare Spink.
She has also released her solo album as Medicine Voice, to much critical acclaim. Singing and voice work is an essential part of Sar’s life and she continues to evolve this creative practice into her repertoire of healing offerings.
An advocate of women’s wellness, Sar presents and performs at festivals, workshops and conferences. She is an innovator with a special interest in teaching consent principles and body autonomy.
Over time Sar has cultivated a deep literacy and knowledge in the ways of her own body. Operating from this place of self-wisdom, she shares a fierce and gentle healing tonic of presence and safety; of being seen, heard, known, nurtured and welcomed home.
