MATERNITY LEAVE 💗

You may have noticed things have been a little quiet around here lately… and for a very lovely reason — I’ve been busy growing a tiny human! 🐣

I’ve been soaking up this season slowly, focusing on my current clients and taking care of myself as I prepare for this next chapter.

I am now officially on maternity leave. I plan to be back in clinic sometime mid-to-late 2025, with a few little updates here and there before then.

I love the work I do and can’t wait to return with a fresh perspective when the time comes.

While I won’t be available for consultations during leave, I’m more than happy to recommend some wonderful practitioners if you need additional support during this time.

Wow, 2024, what a year! My biggest clinic year yet and I could not have gotten here without the support of you all.

To all my beautiful clients, thank you for trusting me to help you along your health journey.

To my amazing practitioner community, thank you for your continued collaborative approach to health and wellbeing. Your support enables me to give our clients the most holistic care they can get.

To the brilliant mentors that surround me, thank you for guiding me and giving me the confidence to continually expand my knowledge wider and deeper.

To my local community, thank for you allowing my business to flourish and help the local people live happier, healthier lives.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas, and restful summer break. Make sure you take time to recharge your batteries and surround yourself with people and places that nourish you.

WINTER : the perfect season to slow down, turn inward, enable ourselves to ‘rest and digest’ and nourish the body so we can support the immune system, the adrenals and nervous system. 

Winter foods help to ground us and boost our immune system. We want to focus on foods that are nourishing and easy to digest such as
🍠 Grounding root veggies (pumpkin, sweet potato, cooked/cooled potato, beetroot)
🍲 Easy to digest slow cooker meals and soups
🥝 Vitamin c and prebiotic rich foods like kiwi fruit and Jerusalem artichokes
🥬 Liver loving bitter greens such as radicchio
🧄 Anti inflammatory alliums - leeks, onion, garlic all help to clear mucus
