If you’re pregnant, planning a baby, or moving toward that stage, this afternoon was created to support you in ways that are often missing in the preparation for birth.

The fourth trimester, those early weeks after baby arrives, can be one of the biggest transitions families experience.
And yet, it’s the stage we’re often least prepared for.

This workshop brings together a midwife, psychologist, chiropractor, doula and yoga teacher to share practical tools and guidance across the pillars of:

• Physical recovery
• Emotional wellbeing
• Nervous system regulation
• Nourishment and replenishment

✨ Saturday 7 March
✨ 2–5pm
✨ Como West Community Garden Hall

Every ticket also includes a curated gift bag, entry into our prize draw, and $10 from each ticket supports the Gidget Foundation.
