Some stories aren’t written — they’re lived.
AUHES didn’t start with a business plan.
It started with people who knew what it felt like to watch someone you love struggle… and to feel helpless. It started with hearts that refused to walk past someone’s pain without doing something about it.

And somehow, along the way, this little dream turned into a family — a community of support workers, leaders, coordinators, and participants who show us every day what strength truly looks like.

Our team doesn’t just “provide support.”
They sit beside someone whose hands are shaking.
They celebrate tiny victories that only that family understands.
They stay comfort when a participant is anxious.
They show up when life is heavy.
They laugh with the people we support.
They cry with their families.
They carry stories that most people will never hear but they hold them with dignity and love.

And that is the heart of AUHES.

Not the policies or paperwork.

It’s the people.

🎄 HOLIDAY CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT 🎄
As we approach the festive season, please take note of AUHES service schedule:

✨ Support Coordination Team
Our office will be closed from 22nd of December 2025 to 12th of January 2026.
No Support Coordination services will operate during this period.

✨ Service Delivery & Rostering
• Administrative services will pause on 25th of December, 26th of December, and 1st of January only
• After-hours support for rostering will remain available
• For emergencies, please contact 000
• AUHES support workers rostered on these dates will continue providing services to our participants
• All other days will operate as normal

We kindly encourage all participants and families to plan ahead for any support needs during this period.

Thank you for your understanding and wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and peaceful holiday season. 🧡✨
