🌿 REMEDY 1: FENUGREEK SEED WATER (METHI WATER)
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 cup room-temperature water
METHOD:
1️⃣ Add 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds to a glass.
2️⃣ Pour 1 cup water over it.
3️⃣ Soak overnight (8–10 hours).
4️⃣ Next morning, strain and drink the water on an empty stomach.
5️⃣ You may chew 4–5 softened seeds if tolerated (optional).
