🌿 REMEDY 1: FENUGREEK SEED WATER (METHI WATER)

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp fenugreek seeds

1 cup room-temperature water

METHOD:

1️⃣ Add 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds to a glass.
2️⃣ Pour 1 cup water over it.
3️⃣ Soak overnight (8–10 hours).
4️⃣ Next morning, strain and drink the water on an empty stomach.
5️⃣ You may chew 4–5 softened seeds if tolerated (optional).

🥒 REMEDY 2: OKRA WATER (BHINDI WATER)
INGREDIENTS:

2 fresh okra pods

1 glass water

2️⃣ Make one long slit down each pod.
3️⃣ Drop the pods into a glass of water.
4️⃣ Let it soak overnight.
5️⃣ Remove okra and drink the slightly thickened water in the morning.

Breakouts don’t need chemicals — sometimes they just need nature.Try this 10-minute mask for naturally clearer skin. Turmeric + Sandalwood Anti-Inflammatory Paste

Ingredients:
• 1 tsp pure turmeric powder (haldi)
• 1 tsp sandalwood powder (chandan)
• 1–2 tsp rose water or plain water
• Optional: 2–3 drops of tea-tree oil for stronger antibacterial action (only if your skin tolerates)

Method:
1. In a small bowl, mix turmeric and sandalwood powder.
2. Add rose water slowly and mix until you get a smooth, thick paste.
3. Apply only on active acne or breakout-prone areas.
4. Leave it on for 10–12 minutes (don’t over-dry).
5. Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
6. Follow with aloe vera gel or a light, non-comedogenic moisturiser.

Frequency: 3–4 times a week.

🍵 DETAILED RECIPE
Ingredients:

1 cup water

1–1.5 inches fresh ginger (sliced or crushed)

OR 1 teaspoon ajwain seeds (if you prefer a stronger digestive/warming effect)

1–2 teaspoons jaggery (optional for sweetness)

Optional: a pinch of black pepper for improved absorption

How to Make:

Boil 1 cup water in a saucepan.

Add crushed ginger or ajwain seeds (choose one based on preference).

Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until the aroma is strong.

Turn off the heat and add jaggery; let it melt naturally.

Strain and sip warm.

Drink 1–2 times a day during cramps or in the week leading up to your cycle if periods are irregular.
