…the new year is still fresh
…new year resolutions
…new goals, new dreams, renewed dreams
What do i aim for this new year for myself and for my practice.
I want to create a more wholesome me, …
…a more vibrant me mind, body and spirit
…this means the smiley positive me,
…taking time each morning to begin my day with a prayer of thanks, offering up my day to the Good Lord and asking for his divine guidance in all I do, think and say thru the day
…taking steps to hug myself and love myself
…like stretches and jumping on my trampoline daily
And enjoying the process
…taking more time to play music, either me on my guitar or listening to upbeat music that I can dance to and lost myself in joy
…Taking time to breathe in between patients to pause, and recalibrate and be ready for the next patient with full attention and presence
…taking time to feed myself and enjoy my meal
…taking time to be still at the end of the day to wind up, say thanks, say sorry fir failures and misgivings thru the day and keep peace with the world and myself as I got my 7-8 hrs of restful sleep!
…I set to be eat well, more fresh and colourful veggies, nourishing my body, my garden with the goodness I would tend a luscious garden with.
…I will go less on scrolling aimlessly and endlessly in social media and be more purposeful with my time with what is essential, calming and what best serves my mind and spirit!
…I hope to HEAL myself as much as I serve to HEAL others MIND, BODY and SPIRIT!
