The best part about this answer is that it can be any time. Massage helps circulation which can be great in the mornings to get going with. It can be also be great in the middle of the day to have a break from a busy lifestyle. And in the evenings it is a wonderful way to help the muscles relax and prepare for sleep. And the good news is that I am now massaging weekdays as well as evenings and weekends.
