Hi guys, I have been struggling with intense pain and worsening of life threatening.

OUR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS/ FEELINGS - ANGER

Having experienced a lot of anger and frustrations recent months, Iโ€™m learning how best to deal with it for my own well-being.

First to acknowledge it, process it, listen to it - what is it telling us (accept or change things/ourselves, self loveโ€ฆ). Then, when the time is right, releasing it (in healthy ways) until we feel peaceful inside.

Iโ€™ve learnt avoiding/denying/suppressing or dwelling on it is not good for our wellbeing
