Wellness is Holistic

We hear that we must take care of our health, diet, value our health and see the doctor whenever we are under the weather. Let me introduce a different view of Wellness, you can relate to the statement that Wellness is not just being without disease, but it includes the integration of a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.

Often, we visualise a simple perspective of Wellness, but we know when we mentally feel fatigued, our emotions are under stress or when our spiritual growth is lacking, we know that our wellness is not reaching its true potential. We are being held back, deep inside we know that we could reach more.

Western Society has a tendency to focus on the physical aspects of Wellness, whilst neglecting our spiritual and emotional development. To explore this, I have created a series of Personal Growth Workshops based on Family Constellation Systems to help people reach new levels of potential and knowledge so we can grow as individuals and better our relationships with our loved ones, life goals such as career, health, love and community.

These workshops enable people to discover their personal goals, heritage, and overcome barriers to personal growth that hold people back.
